PUR热熔复合机操作注意事项：
操作者只有在完全熟悉，掌握机器的性能，工作原理后方可操作本设备。本设备必须有专人操作，非操作人员不能乱开，乱动。
生产前应检查电缆、断路器、接触器、电机等电器是否符合要求。
生产前须检查三相电源是否均衡，严禁缺相启动设备。
生产期应检查各旋转接头是否安全，管路是否畅通，有无破损，漏油，并及时排除。
生产前须将热油机打开，待温度升至工艺要求温度后，方可生产。生产前应检查各气压表压力是否正常，气路有无漏气，并及时修复
生产前检查各连接处的的紧固情况，有无松动，脱落现象，并及时修复。
设备大批量生产前，应先做小量试验，成功后方可大批生产。
生产前，应检查各液压站、减速机、轴承瓦盒、丝杠等润滑情况，应正确及时的加注液压油和润滑油。
停机后，必须及时清洗胶槽及刮胶附件，网纹辊，清除机器各部分残胶及污垢，以备下次使用。
严禁将腐蚀性液体与胶辊接触上，时刻保证各传动辊表面干净无异物。
热油机周围严禁堆放杂物，时刻保持热油机及四周干净无异物。热油机工作时，严禁用手触摸输送油管。
PUR热熔复合机维护与保养：
减速器每使用六个月应更换润滑油一次。 ·
热油机每使用六个月应更换350#导热油一次。
液压油箱每用六个月应更换N46或N32抗磨液压油一次。
每月一次检查液压油箱，热油机油箱，清除油垢，排除杂质，加足润滑油及导热油
轴承，丝杠每班次加注润滑油。
每次停机后，必须及时清洗胶槽及刮胶附件，网纹辊，清除机器各部分残胶及污垢。
链条每班次要检查保证正常润滑并及时张紧。

1、装货前检查：
于卖方工厂进行装货前机械之品质、数量、包装进行检查。符合合同条款时方可发货。
2、派遣技术人员前往指导安装、调试（包括设备的现场布置，线路排列方法等）。
3、对买方的操作人员进行培训。
4、随机械提供资料：

（3）操作维护说明书。
5、机械设备质量声明：
供方按需方确认的结构图组织生产，机器生产完工后，需方需派技术人员到供方工厂对照结构图和配置单现场验收，并签署验收确认文件后方可发货。货到需方后，除机器本身质量原因以外，其余更改由购方负责费用。
